FINE ART PRINTS: Small prints, up to 11x14, matted or loose, may be returned or exchanged.

LARGE PRINTS AND CANVASES: Prints sized 16x20 and up, as well as canvas wraps, are custom made at time of order. All sales on these items are final.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Products including but not limited to tote bags, pillows, and phone cases are custom made at the time of order. All sales on these items are final.

**Please note that the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund, minus shipping costs, will be applied following receipt of returned item in good condition.**

FINE ART PRINTS: Many orders are shipped directly to you from my home studio via US Postal Service, including prints up to 11x14 and calendars. Prints are placed in a protective clear sleeve with sturdy backing (or matting, if chosen), and packaged in durable mailing envelopes for shipping.

LARGE PRINTS AND CANVASES: Prints 16x20 and larger, and all canvases are shipped directly from my professional lab in boxes, via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Some of my custom products such as tote bags and phone cases are also shipped directly from the printer. Again, you will receive tracking details on these items, which generally ship within 5-6 days of order.

IF YOUR TRACKING DETAILS SHOW THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, but you do not have it, please start by asking all family members and neighbors if they may have accepted the package. Often missing packages are happily located right inside your home :).
